  The hotel location is great, very close to the Termini station, which is super easy to use both line A and B subways. The area is also pretty safe as well. The hotel owner - Polo is super nice. The hotel facility is very simple, but good enough for most travelers. The hotel is actually in the 4 floor, and has a small elevator. The manager, Paolo was very polite and showed us around, I would recommend this hotel to everyone, it doesn't have much facilities but its a nice, clean room , and provides the basics.

  Sehr nett, gute Lage, Frühstück auch sehr gut. Ich würde das Hotel noch einmal buchen und weiterempfehlen! Ich habe weniger erwartet, da die Hotels in Rom so wie so einen nicht so guten Ruf haben. - das frühstück war reichlich,das personal bis zur reinigungskraft war vorzüglich.kann man jedem empfehlen.

  Location is absolutely great, all major sights are are reachable on foot, a lot of shops nearby. Staff is friendly, the room we were staying in was recently renovated and had a safe deposit box (with no additional charge), flat tv and a small fridge in it. The room was cleaned every day and bed linen were changed every 2 days - Arrived in Rome mi... was die leute sagen » d morning and was able to access room straight away even though it said check in time was from 1pm, room was very spacious and clean and had every thing needed. Was only booked in for an over night stop between flights but would defiantly stay for longer great location for all sights and shops.

  It was easy to walk to locations like the Trevi fountain, the main Firenze train station, the colosseum, and the forum. Right on bus route to easily get to the Vatican (recommend over the metro). Most staff spoke English, but some did not speak well. A/C worked well. Breakfast was included which was breads, cereal, juice, meat and cheese, cappucci... was die leute sagen » no, tea, water, etc. The front desk staff was available 24/7. The provided hair dryer worked well. - I liked 1) location - the very center of Rome. 15 min walk from Termini train station, the same time from the hotel to the piazza di Spania, Fontana di Trevi or Colosseo 2) room - high ceiling, nice floor, fresh air, aeroconditioning, exelent and modest desing - color of walls, funiture, bed. very clean. 3) bathroom - exelent. 4) staff - very friendly, speaking english. 5) tasty breakfast - coffee, juice, baking, cheese, ham, yougurt.

  Location was by far the best thing. The suggestions on how best to visit and tour Rome on foot from the non-24hr reception staff rep was fantastic. Bed was clean. Chauffeur Roberto from airport direct to Guest House was amazing. Great service and would come back just for that alone, taking the pressure of finding and traveling to Rome. Phone/fax/internet shop one block away was super con - + Perfect location for exploring Rome. Right next to the guest-house is the Roman Forum, several great basilicas, Colosseo is 5 minutes walk away, etc. etc. + The rooms are spacious and very well-furnished. The quality you'd expect to find in a 3-4 star hotel rather than in a guest-house. + There is a kitchen with a stove & fridge. Really nice :) Coffee-machine makes nice coffee and hot chocolate 50c a cup (as of September 2013). + The staff was super-friendly and really helpful.
