Directions, hints, tips and must see all explained thoroughly. I was nervous about getting from the airport on our own, but the directions were very clear and the hotel easy to find. The location was perfect between the Rialto and St Marco square-we couldn't have picked better! Very impressed with how friendly the staff are and how welcomed we felt.   The location was fabulous! Only minutes from the vaporetto stop and San Marco plaza. Our room had a small balcony over looking the rooftops with a view of the Grand Canal and the towers of San Marco plaza. The hotel was clean and well appointed - staf - The location was INCREDIBLE! The room was perfect and even had a roomy balcony. I can't say enough good things about the staff. The desk was manned 24/7 and they were always polite and very helpful with suggestions and questions. It's about 2 minutes walk from the Ducal Palace and the waterbus stop. I wasn't sure about it because with the price, I thought it might be too good to be true but it was fantastic. I've already recommended it to my friends who are planning a trip out that way. We brou
