  We were positively surprised when we saw our room, it was much bigger than any ordinary three/four stars hotel, everything was clean, nicely designed. The bathroom is separated from the room, but it's just across the corridor, with everything you need. We were very satisfied to stay there, the Place is quiet, close to colosseum(from Domus Carmanello we walked basically - We arrived late and the owners were fine for us to check in late. They were both very friendly and gave us lots of info and the best ways to get around. The hotel is walking distance from the colosseum and roman forum and is also right next to Saint Giovanni metro for people who would prefer not to walk.   Staff was very friendly and spoke quuite a few languages. He helped us with every question we had about the guest house or even about visiting rome. The breakfast was available till later hours. Breakfasts were set for each day and staff intermittently were on site to provide information in English.. They provided access to luggage storage on our departure day. The view out our window of the business street below and balconies of apartments across the street was typical Italy. Buses and taxis were about three blocks away - Very friendly staff and very helpful. i arrived at midnight and staff waited there to help me checking in. The hostel is nicely decorated. Located in a quiet neighborhood, and is close to a bus stop and Metro station, so you can get to city center easily. Bathroom is clean.
