  Very friendly and made you feel like you were at home. Very good transport connections, you can get to the Colosseum in about 20 min on the metro which is about a 5 min walk from the hotel. We had an issue with the shower and when we mentioned this, it was fixed by the time we arrived back in the evening. The hotel is easy to find between two metro stops, Bologna (3 stops from Termini) and Tiburtina. Very near the hotel there is an excellent, cheap gelateria - In the first day we had this lovely italian girl at the reception that was so so friendly. If you're lucky to have her when you arrive you can ask her anything and she will find a solution. The room is quite big and very nicely furnished! It is very close to the metro station and around you have many shops and a supermarket.

The public transport in Rome is excellent, its pure easy to find your way around the city. There's also a supermarket nearby. - The breakfast is good, you can eat as much as you want. We stayed in a clean, fairly large room and also got breakfast included. The staff were also very friendly an helpful and allowed us to store our bags at the hostel the next day whilst we explored Rome. Also there are many great restaurants in the surrounding area and laundry mats, deli's etc.

  We stayed 3 nights in this B&B and were very comfortable. We had a clean comfortable room with a bunk bed for our child. Bathroom was neat and clean, though a bit small. Location is very convenient with good connections both by bus as well as metro to various attractions of Rome. Colosseum and Roman forum are a 15 minute walk from here. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.

  Peter was so helpful and friendly. He printed bus maps for us and was a wealth of information. He spoke French and English which worked for us. The location is very convenient and quiet with our balcony looking over the courtyard. A little out of the center but the bus is just minutes away.   Babu stood up for his reputation being an excelent host. Room is spacious, clean, simple and eficient, relaxing big double bed, bathroom clean and large. Tv + a/c very good. Also wifi connection.
