  Excellent stay. The owner, Silvia was friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. I had made a mistake regarding my dates and Silvia was able to fix things for me and was most understanding regarding my error in dates. The staff are so nice and friendly, and make an effort to help! The B&B is close to everything and can take the metro to everywhere easily. Opposite the hotel has a supermarket Punto and a cafe that does italy snack and coffee, and its at good price. I will come back again !

Very near the hotel there is an excellent, cheap gelateria - In the first day we had this lovely italian girl at the reception that was so so friendly. If you're lucky to have her when you arrive you can ask her anything and she will find a solution. The room is quite big and very nicely furnished! It is very close to the metro station and around you have many shops and a supermarket.

  Excellent and simple bed, chair, and armoire. I was in P1 so I had 2 skylights. Very friendly staff, even though I couldn't speak (virtually any) Italian. Very useful breakfast which I had several days. - Room was very clean and adequate standard for the price. Location is close to the subway, two stops from Termini Railway Station.

Just a note for others, we spent two days in darkness without realising you could open the heavy shutters over the windows by pressing a button next to the bed!! Breakfast was plentiful with scrambled eggs as well as continental style food. The hotel is not in central rome but only a 10 min walk from a new metro stop S Agnes which takes you to central rome
