  We loved the location and the size of the suite. It was very comfortable and had a homey feeling. Our host, Duccio, was very pleasant and greeted us with wine and complimentary soft drinks.   Right after the booking I got an e-mail from the staff, which welcomed my booking and gave basic info about the B&B. The B&B was easy to find, almost next to the Duomo. The B&B was on the second floor, with about 40 steps of stairs. The room with the external bathroom was basic with queen bed, TV, little table, minibar, chair, cupboard... was die leute sagen » .   The owner was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond the call of duty to make our stay more comfortable, recommending excellent local restaurants and helping us find our way around. Easy to find, close to the train/bus station and just 1 minute walk from the Duomo. Great terrace view, in summer should be more useful as it rained during our stay in Florence the woman at the reception was very kind and helpful. She let us leave the luggage and arranged our check-in even if we weren't able to meet her as arrived. After all for such a price and a strategic position it's a really good choice for those who care about the money

To our knowledge, there aren't many public toilets available in Florence.
