  Landed in Florence on a very wet morning and staff were very friendly and Most helpful. An upgrade to Apartment was very welcome and it was spacious and clean.fantastic being right in middle of Florence and close to station, with easy access to restaurants, shopping and all the sites. Toilet was clean and sizeable and decent bfast was provided. Not to mention the location was absolutely central.   Ich hatte mir extra ein Zimmer mit Himmelbett reserviert, dies sehr kurzfristig. Dennoch wurde meinem Wunsch entsprochen. Das Zimmer und besonders das Bett waren sehr schön. Giovanni ist ein Schatz, so freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Der Eingang ins Siggiorno ist wunderschön.
