  The staff did their best to make our stay comfortable. From the very start they provided us with the city map, public transportation tickets, a 10% discount card for the round-the-corner restaurant and all sorts of helpful information whenever we needed that. Very friendly and went out of the way and gave us the city map and marked all the major places to visit with bus and tram routes. Next best thing was the breakfast. Very elaborate for a 2 star hotel and I had the best cappuccino of my life here in this hotel at breakfast. It is right in front of the bus and tram stop, so getting around the city is pretty easy. And the prices were reasonable for a city like MIlan.

  Das Zimmer war sauber, die Mitarbeiter freundlich und es war nicht weit ins Zentrum. ALles in allem ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis - Das Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
