First off, the location was perfect. From the Piazza del Gesu you can walk everywhere on your tourist map. The only time we cabbed was to go back and forth to the Vatican. The service was excellent. We had some difficulty with the guy at the desk and no English, but it just added to the charm of knowing you were in Italy. The breakfast was enormous and catered to gluten free (as does everyone in Rome)

The staff was really serviceminded and helped us call about our luggage since we weren't able to recieve it when we were on a guided tour. High speed free internet. Das man um ins eigene Bad zu kommen kurz über den Flur gehen muss, mag ein kleiner Nachteil sein, ist aber wirklich nicht schlimm, in den 4 Tagen die wir da waren, haben wir keinen anderen Gast auf dem Flur getroffen, obgleich alle Zimmer belegt waren.
