  The room was just fabulous. Obviously newly renovated, and done so with great thought and love, the location is excellent right in the heart of Rome. We stayed in silver room, which pleasantly surprised me with its size, decoration, impeccable cleanliness, and the view. Extremely welcoming - These are apartments, and not a typical hotel as there is no on-site overnight management. Aside from that, the rooms were modern and spacious, beds were comfortable, bathroom had modern features and our room overlooked a busy Rome street. Ronan couldn't have been more helpful and arranged to have a car take us to the airport, which was much less that a taxi would cost.   Giorgio was great all the time and very friendly, the bathroom and room was very clean and very nice decorated and the heat worked perfect. We had some trouble with the internet (problems of the internet service company, not of the hotel) and Giorgio solved it the next day. (Just to be clear, this is not so much a hotel as an apartment rental, so don't expect lobby, etc. you would expect from a hotel.)

  Location is excellent in - walking distance to most major attractions. Lots of good restaurants close by. Room size was great, very spacious and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged an airport pick up and drop off for us which was helpful. Breakfast - in the room or on the common terrace - very good. This is a b&b on the 2nd floor of an old block, and once you get to the 2nd floor it's excellent, the rooms are large, well fitted out, clean and well serviced. However, although the booking photos show the plaza, the entrance to the building is a steel barred gate on a small side street which the taxi found tough to locate. The initial impression from the entrance gate is therefore not as expected.

It was quiet, within walking distance to all major sites and all staff was great but you would be hard pressed to find anyone more helpful than Rosanna. My wife was very happy with the ear rings. Thanks! Though no tea/coffee making in room, just had to ask and espresso was delivered, gratis. A nice touch.

  Really warm welcome from the staff. We were given a city map when we arrived and the main sights and how long it takes to get there were pointed out. We were 20-25 minute walk from the furthest sight which was really convenient. Really, really close to a lovely little square with bars and restaurants. (Croissants, muffins, jams/butter/nutella, yoghurts, juice, milk, cereal) and the maid will m - Very cosy and comfortable appartments not far from Trastevere and all sights. There were all necessary staff fresh towels, breakfast (either hot dishes), laundry service, air conditioner, free wi-fi. Owners were very nice and hospitable, were ready to help and to share the useful information. Thank you, Ladies! Moreover, near the appartments there was market with fresh vegs and fruits.

  We stayed with two kids }5 and 8) only for one-night stop on our way to U.S. but definitely will use it again when we go to Roma for few days to see the city - perfect place in city center, nearby is a small plaza with fountain - authentic feeling of Roma's "genius loci" -walking distance to Colosseum (you can see it from window), DiTrevi fountain... was die leute sagen » etc. - simple B&B, clean, enough space, all you really need is there -warm and kind welcome from Roxana (even if we arrived a bit later than exp - I loved everything. You can see the colluseum from the window! The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff couldn't of helped us more. Carried our bags, helped with maps and booked taxis for us. The breakfast was exceptional and there was always extra sandwiches included for our lunch.
