  The staff there was attentive and extremely helpful. They carried our bags up the stairs (yes, stairs, no elevator), but what do you expect for a smaller and quiet little nest out in the heart of Venice. Wifi is free and its fast!!! We would definitely recommend this accommodation for the location alone, but the room was also big and comfortable with all the amenities we needed.
