  The staff was extremely helpful. Especially the lady at the reception. Breakfast was very good. Room heating was adjustable and excellent. Durin two week period of my stay, they cleaned the room everyday and changed the towels etc. Internet wifi signal was perfect in the room. Metro station was in 2 min distance.   This is a private flat with 3 rooms. New furnitures, quality like in a five stars hotel. The double bed is big size and really good quality mattress to sleep. Double window, so even though it is next to the busy road it was ok. Air-condition was necessary because it was not a lof of air in the room.   We stayed here 2 nights because we went to a concert at Atlantico. The location was perfect for the concert as we could walk home and skip the traffic and nightmare of parking. We even went into town for a day and it wasn't too bad, there is a bus that stops out front and takes you up to the subway.
