The whole place is well kept, comfortable and, coupled with the warm service, has a very homely feel. It is 2 mins walk to St. Marks Sq and about 4-5 mins walk to the Rialto Bridge. Perfect! - The layout is such that all of our three rooms were a few steps from where the owner or other staff were seated.
