  Good value for the cost. Owner was very pleasant and helpful. Proximity to the Stazione Termini for a quick departure to the airport was wonderful. Had Rome maps available for guests.   Sehr nette Mitarbeiter im gesamten Hotel. An der Rezeption erhielt man auf Anfrage alle Auskünfte, Mitarbeiter bemühten sich wirklich sehr um die Zufriedenheit der Gäste. Der Zimmersrvice war ebenfalls sehr bemüht. Es gab jeden Tag frische Handtücher/Bettwäsche, das Zimmer war tip-top aufgeräumt und sauber, ganz toll.   First of all the staff were all amazing. From the brilliant Mariella at the front desk to the senora cleaning the rooms. It is close to Roma Termini station and the main bus station too.   It surpassed our expectations - very quiet and nicely appointed rooms. It was so convenient to everything, but yet it didn't feel like we were in the middle of crowded and noisy streets. The butler was very helpful and accomodating. We booked 3 of the rooms and everyone had a wonderful experience.
