  The owners are very nice and helpful as we had a little problem with late check-in. Room is very modern and clean. Location is good. It's near to train station. There is no breakfast in hotel but they gave us a coupon to have breakfast in cafe. It's such a good idea as we experienced Italy breakfast style. Absolutely clean, good sized rooms and fantastically close to the historic center of Florence. All the hotels in Italy are a bit off with their prices. So really you are looking at something cosy, clean, quiet and friendly. And this is surely the place you are looking for. It is like having your own appartment in Florence!!!!

The room had air conditioning and heating adjustable from the room, - The room was spacious, well designed and clean. The air-conditioning worked well and the wifi was fast. There was a communal kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave, and sink. Coffee and tea were free. The owner was very nice and friendly. We could leave our luggage at the hotel after checking out. The location was good as it's very close to the Florence SM train station. Even though the rooms are on the 1st floor, the owner helped us with the luggage so that's not a problem. It's definitel

  Good location, only about 20 min walk to main town and 5 min walk to central train station. Spacious rooms, but lacking proper wardrobe and coat hangers. It has a small kitchen anex, which was very convenient. The manager Elvis was very helpfull in trying to sort out the transport to Lajatico for us. I would also mention that when my wife and I just arrived, Ervis, a staff member gave us a thorough introduction about Florence, which was really help.   This is not really a hotel but an apartment that has been converted into bedrooms, some with en suite showers. We lucked out by having the one room with air-conditioning, an unexpected bonus. We were arriving late at night but received detailed instruction how to enter our room and we could check in next day - it was nice because we were tired and could go directly to the room.
