Absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. Monica showed us the highlights in the area on the map and printed our tickets and boarding passes. She arranged a driver for us for our 6am flight out.
We spent over 3 weeks traveling throughout Italy and this place was by far the best price to value for the level of accommodations. It is within walking distance (5-10 min) to major sites and a convenient bus stop is just around the corner.

This hotel has a perfect location, about 7 min walk from Fontana Di Trevi and within a walk distance to Colosseum, Vittorio, Pantheon, Spanish steps etc.
Our room was small but clean and quiet, and after all we didn´t spend so much time in the room.
The staff was very friendly – they offered happy hour every day and we missed it every day. But when we came back to the hotel in the night they had placed two glasses of Prosseco and some canape´s in our room :-)

Excellent friendly staff, cleanliness of room, nicely decorated bed and bathroom; location of guest house is fantastic - close to city centre but in a nice Roman shopping area with less tourists and lovely restaurants. Would recommend and definetely stay there again if I came back.

we stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed every mintue. We ordered a deluxe room but when we got there they upgarded us to an executive room which was wonderful! big room, clean, quiet, good wifi and free water, fruits and snacks.

Perfect location , veneto area is a quiet and expensive area of Rome . The room was comfortable and clean. I like this place . The negative points , was that the rooms have not balconies and the breakfast was poor , only a cappuccino , a croissant and a juice . If you order a sandwitch (panini) you pay abt 5 euros more and a small mineral water costs 2.5 euros .. I prefer to stay thirsty than to pay 2.5 euros for water . Anna sang to my wife's piano accompaniment; Anna tutored me with my fledgling Italian conversation; Anna gave superb directions involving bus transportation. This hostess became our friend too.
