  This hotel had a fabulous location right in the heart of Florence. The rooms were great, very clean and spacious, and ours even had a balcony which was great. Breakfast was also lovely. - it was easy to get from the train station and situated near everything. the people working there was very friendly.

The bathroom was very nice, clean, well stocked with towels and toiletires. The upstairs bar was very nice.
