  The location couldn't be better. They helped book everything for the fast lines since we only had a short time in Florence. The room was a suite which they upgraded us on our arrival without asking. It gave a palace feel with the architecture and furnishings and we were made to feel like royalty when we were there. It seems that it used to be an apartment before so it is a bit hard to find but at the same time gives really interesting experience of an "inside".
