  I was looking for the hotel that should be inexpensive yet close to the city center, clean and comfortable. The Valentino hotel was just what we needed. I would also like to say many thanks to the guy that worked in the evenings (unfortunately I do not know his name). He was really helpful.   Very nice staff, absolutely helpful, kind and friendly. The hotel is well-located, very close to the city center (app. 10 minutes walk from Piazza D'uomo), and very close to the fancy bar, Spinella :) On the other hand the rooms are not noisy at all. I can just reccomend Domus Hotel Catania to anyone! - Large, clean rooms, well equipped . The balconies facing Via Etnea are small, but yes, you do see Etna. Very nice staff, both at reception and breakfast. The central location on Via Etnea is convenient; of course it comes with street noise - but the solid window shutters together with the air condition solved our sleeping problems. In short, excellent value for money.

  First of all – perfect location in the town. It is very easy to get this place from airport by bus. This hotel situated in the historical centre of the town. The all main attractions are in a walking distance from hotel. The hotel itself is very cosy and charming. The room we stayed was very specious with very high ceiling and balcony. I would definitel - The rooms have a high ceiling according to the old concept of building healthy, airy and unstuffy rooms. The Auberge de Castille in Malta has the same style of rooms on the inside. The breakfast was very good and the choice of cereals was to my liking. As a coffee drinker, whether cappuccino or American, both satisfied my appetite. Service is generally excellent. A very friendly and genuine treatment throughout our stay.
