  die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und es wurde jeden Tag aufgeräumt und geputzt. Sehr angenehm fand ich auch den Parkettboden. Das Frühstück war klasse! Die Servicemitarbeiter stets freundlich.   We stayed 3 nights in this B&B and were very comfortable. We had a clean comfortable room with a bunk bed for our child. Bathroom was neat and clean, though a bit small. Location is very convenient with good connections both by bus as well as metro to various attractions of Rome. Colosseum and Roman forum are a 15 minute walk from here. We had to pay full price of stay in advance but we got what we were promised in re - We loved that it was like a small appartment so you have much more space than a common hotel room. We had a (big) plus since ours had a private terrace with a table so one could relax after a busy day walking through Rome. Even if we didn't used much of the kitchenette, it is a plus. Cleaned daily. Very close to termini station, so it has very good access to public transportation. Definitely very good value for money.

To get there from the airport, We got a bus for just €5. Then it's a very short walk from the station to the hotel.   The staff was very friendly and helpful. They knew a couple of different languages enough to be kind and helpful. The street was quiet and even though I had read that you could hear others in the next room, guess we were tired enough from our sightseeing, we didn't hear anything. I wasn't so sure about the twin cots but I slept on one and no problem with my bad back. It is just a 5 mi - Very friendly staff, clean bedroom and bath, AC and shower works well. I thought the room is pretty sound proof, as we did not hear any noise during our 3 nights. Bed is firm but we liked it. The hotel is on a quite street and feels safe. It's actually next to an adult cinema but very quite and did not bother us. Walking distance to Termini station, there is also a bus station(#90) near by, we used it from train station but we did not find out how to ride it the other way around. Overall, a goo
