  We really had a great experience with vip Venice. You have to meet the vip person at the dock and they take you to the apartment. When we first arrived we made a few mistakes with the boat and arrived about 45 minutes after we were supposed to.   Very nice clean room in the center of Venice. We got map and the hotel owner told us, where should we go, recommended some restaurants.... The whole place is well kept, comfortable and, coupled with the warm service, has a very homely feel. It is 2 mins walk to St. Marks Sq and about 4-5 mins walk to the Rialto Bridge.
