  The staff is very nice; the room bright, clean, comfortable and modern. There is a big balcony and a big tv in the common room. Breakfast was good with fresh croissants every morning, yogurth, coffee and juice.   Excellent location, very nice owner, nice and tidy room with a terrace - perfect for breakfast. Breakfasts with fresh croissant, cornflakes, milk, tosts, jam and honey every morning, access to the fully-equipped kitchen all day long. Slight problems with warm water first night - but next day morning fixed by owner.   The manager Salvatore was extremely helpful. Our flight was late at night and to top it off, the flight was 20 minutes late. But Salvatore was there standing on a corner, waiting for us.
