  It was a great stay in Hotel Genzianella. The staff is really polite and all of them speak english. We checked in on friday 8th november. They gave us a city map, explain how to find all the sights, where to eat local tasty food, but not in the tourist area. Also the hotel is 24/7. I totally recommend this hotel. - We only stayed for one night, so I can't really offer a great review...but our room was clean, large and comfortable, the man at reception was very friendly and helpful, WiFi was free and worked okay, and the location is great. Although we didn't use them, the common room and dining area looked nice too!

I would also mention that when my wife and I just arrived, Ervis, a staff member gave us a thorough introduction about Florence, which was really help. I won't hesitate to recommend the hotel to any travelers who happen to trave
