  Booking manager and staff were very friendly and responsive to requests. The location at the end of a beautiful valley in the high Alps was breathtaking. The hotel was well kept, nicely decorated, and the rooms were just perfect (cosy sleeping quarters and large modern bathroom). The mountain views from the hotel are unforgetable.
