It's a huge hostel/hotel so it doesn't have the general "hostel atmosphere" in main areas, but I stayed in a female dorm with 5 other girls, and made instant friends! If you want to spend your last day exploring- you can leave your bags at the hotel and pick them up later so you don't have to take them around with you all day.
