  A very nice, clean, modern B&B. The owner Antonella is very friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns about things to see or getting around. A 10 minute walk from the train station down Via National, and about the same distance from the city center. 5 min away from nice restaurants and bars, good breakfast and coffee in the AM. What made our stay perfect was the owner antonella- such a lovely lady. She was very helpful in what to see and recommended some great places to eat. Location was good easy to get around by bus or walking. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when back in florence.

  Great holiday and in a great location, very close to everything. The manager is very friendly and full of good advice for seeing the best of Florence. Remember if you want to go to good restaurants, you have to book in advance, 3 of our top 5 were fully booked on the occasions we just turned up even on normal weekdays ;) Loved Florence and looking... was die leute sagen » forward to returning one day! The owner had been really friendly and helpful and had showed us all the main tourist attractions to go to. It takes only about 5 minutes walk from the central train station, and is just 3 minutes away from the Central market (food market), and within walkable distance from the gallary where the real "David Statue" locate. The staff is helpful to carry our luggages upstairs. The room is clean, and comfortable, and the shower - Sette Angeli Rooms was the perfect choice for our 3 days trip in Florence. Excelent position (near S.M.N. Train Station and very close to the Duomo), very easy to find, rooms with an interesting design, spacious, private bathroom, terrace, very confortable bed, daily cleaning, good price and so on. We arrived later then the check-in schedule but there were no extra taxes. Florence is a great city and this place is in the same style of romance and relaxation.

  An amazing place. The room was spacious and luxurious. There was a desk, a comfy chair, a very comfy bed, a minibar with local products and a chandelier! There was a - The most importantthings your going to want to find in a b&b are the room and the breakfast. Our room was great. It was large and beautiful. And the breakfast was always great too with homemade breads and yogurt and other options it was great. The location is also excellent only being a few minutes from the train station and duomo. Finally the cleaning lady was excellent every day we came back to a very clean room and fresh towels.

  The owner Carlo is amazing. He had a wealth of information about Florence and the surrounding areas. He was also very nice, and helpful. We were told about all the hotspots as well as recommended restaurants in the vicinity of those sights. The B&B is also very clean, and quiet. It is also very close to the metro Firenze smn. We were within 10 minutes walk of the Duomo and downstairs is a fab coffee shop and one of the best kebab shops I've ever eaten at!

  Betta deserves 5 stars for her friendliness. She makes you feel at home before you even step inside. She is always there to help in any problem and ready to give you advice, suggestions. In fact she has an answer to any query. The Residence is within walking distance to the railway station and the city centre. She made sure all of us, especially our kids, felt at home. The room given to us was amazing, probably the best room of our trip. With a very high ceiling and a huge bed, the room was really enormous, with a fridge, and a tea kettle in the room, we were literelly at home. Breakfast was perfect, and Betta made sure we all got hot coffee, as she ran around doing all the work herself, since her assistant was sick. Thanks a lot Betta for a lovely sta
