The location was perfect, you can walk to all the major tourist sites/attractions. The hotel was also a near grocery shop, souvenir shops, cafes and restaurants. The Lady Manager was very friendly, efficient and really did a wonderful job to her customers. The cleaning lady was very polite and respectful and did a good job. I will stay again in this hotel

It was very clean and comfortable and the windows were effective at shutting out the bustle of tourists when needed but even then the noise was not at antisocial hours or unpleasant so no problems. Dominico and Valeria were very helpful and friendly, they helped me get tickets for the art galleries and made me lovely tea and coffee every morning and were able to answer any questions I had. Very clean and comfortable and very approachable owner who told us all we needed to know. Very budget friendly for what you get and we really enjoyed our stay. Well located for supermarkets for bits and pieces and 4 stops to Florence on a tram that comes every 15 mins or less.

Room size was considerably amazing as a double economy that could fit 4 double beds iside. Original features and interiors, lovely 15th century palazzo which has a more personal feel than a hotel. Chic without being expensive and snobby. -
