  Very nice hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were not big but nice and with comfortable beds. Even the bed-sofa, which is unusual in my experience. We asked when we booked for a room with a sea view and we got one! Nice location right on the board walk. The hotel restaurant served excellent food. When challenged we were offered 'the last' room with balcony which was much much better. We had to produce our booking receipt to avoid being charged more. Refurbished nicely. Good breakfast.
