  Very good hotel. Closed on Sundays..Staff very friendly and helpful. Car parking for at least 6 cars. 5 Mins from the Lake and easy walk to the shops. Lots of frequent ferries to Como and around the Lake. Would recommend this hotel for value and welcome, especially if the first visit to Lake Como. - Nice hotel, located near lake Como.   Although the front of the hotel is uninspiring it turned out to be comfortable, clean and good value for money. The staff were friendly and helpful. Of partuicular note was the excellent meal available in the surprisingly popular and fancy restaurant within the hotel itself. They have a lovely garden to eat in and it is just a short walk to Lake Como.The service in the Restaurant was a bit slow but they were very busy and all the staff were very helpful. We would definately stay here again.

  We've stayed for 3 nights, very friendly owners that let us check in at 13:00 although they open at 15:00. It was really comfortable, clean, great wifi access to all your devises, well equipped kitchen and bathroom ( washing machine in the bathroom), satellite. A 7 minutes walk to Lake Como, 3 minutes walk to some shopping stores, 5 minutes drive ... was die leute sagen » to Bennet( it's a mall that has a super market in it). Last but not least an 18 minutes drive to Foxtown factory store outlet in Switzerland. - The location was very good for viewing Cernobbio and it was very close to the boats pier going to Como: in 8 minutes you were already in the city of Como. The place was immersed in a treed location and in a quite area of Cernobbio, in front of Villa Erba. The owners were very helpful and kind. The apartment was fitted with every confort you could want, including a washing machine in the bathroom. We will definitely stay again at the Cernobbio Residence.

  Wir können das Hotel vorallem wegen des sehr sauberen Pools und der direkten Lage am See und die Nähe zu Como sehr empfehlen. Auch das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnis sehr umfangreich. Die Zimmer wurden jeden Tag tiptop gereinigt, Handtücher ausgetauscht, etc. Im Hotel war es sehr ruhig, da vorrangig ältere Menschen und Pärchen dort wohnten. Alles in allem eine gute Wahl

  We liked the location of the Hotel and the wonderful scent of jasmine accompanied with birdsong all day; also we enjoyed the ringing of the bells that chimed the time from two local churches. Breakfast is very nice. Hotel has a live music each weekend in the restaurant. Very professional music, by the way. The host was the most friendly i have ever met. We got a flat tire in our rented car. He changed it himself with his friend for us , without even charging for extra work. Very warm feelings for this hotel.
