  Nice room and furniture, we had sea view, large enough balcony, room cleaned every day, very friendly and helpful staff, consistent buffet breakfast (on the roof >> sea view :) ). There is a free parking on the other side of the street, as well as several places to eat (restaurants, paninerie, gelaterie, pasticcerie, BurgerKing, etc). Plenty of parking and a view of part of the volcano top Etna and not far from the city Catania. Approximately 500 m to the beach but only rocks and no sand beach.
