  This place was the best of the trip. It was so cute and clean and the host, stefano, was amazing. He converted this place into a a nice place to stay. It is very close to Assisi, 5 km. If you are looking for a place where you home town hospitality and want a place to just relax and enjoy what the are has to offer, this your your place.   We recommend this place. The clean and bright rooms. Nice owners. They really care about their hotel. Breakfast is really rich. Most things are homemade. Big variety of homemade pies. Moka coffee. If you have a car, it is good place for visiting Umbria. No problems with parking. We enjoyed nice breakfasts each morning and had dinner at the hotel three evenings. For people with a car, it is a fine location and getting to Assisi was easy with a short drive on the same - Very nice family run hotel. Lots of rooms. Ours had a balcony and was very quiet. Breakfast was typical European fair. The location is the best for visiting Assisi which is literally just down the road. We found it very homey and relaxing. It is good value for the money and we would stay there again.
