John is the best, he was always there helping us out with our questions and everything, cooking the breakfast, singing (haha!), and he's very helpful, he told us he should have come to pick us at the bus stop! And the room was fantastic, everything was perfect, we slept great, there was also a kitchen we could use and loads of depliants in the room! Very clean! I'd like to come back there! We were offered tea and coffee on our arrival by a very friendly member of staff. We booked a twin room as I was travelling with my friend and her young child. Des and Bernie are very warm, welcoming and so helpful. The decor was clean and modern (and what an amazing shower after a long day travelling!) They also accomodated needs such as gluten friendly requirements and were generous with breakfast portions. The beds were really comfortable and the room well lit.
