Lovely hotel with very nice staff. I was given a family room with a double bed and 2 single beds Room 31, very big and spacious. The breakfast was a lovely freshly made full Irish with potato bread and soda bread. Best hotel breakfast I have had in years. Great value for money, I will be back. -

Everything about the Waterfoot was excellent.
I found all the staff I met to be some of the most friendly and and helpful that I have come across on world travels.
There were two on reception and a further two in the restaurant who were able to chat in a way that was not patronising and this helps to the comfort of guests

It was lovely, spacious, clean and very comfortable place to stay.The rooms are well equiped and thwe semi wet room bathrooom was excellent. A lovely peaceful location aids a good nights sleep. The staff at reception was very friendly, engaging and professional. The girls were bubbly just enough and made you feel welcome when you arrived.

river, scenery. Staff very nice, helpful, friendly, but not overly so.
Breakfast lovely (continental) -big plus for Premier Inn was that I
could order porridge, and it was lovely, good quality, cooked well.
Fruit choice very good. Good for other meals too, compared to the one

This is a really nice 3 star hotel in a great location.
We travelled with our 2 year old and found that the hotel was extremely child friendly. As there is no lift the receptionist even suggested a room on the ground floor.
The menu in the restaurant was varied and had good options for all 3 of us.
The location is great, just off the ring road around Coleraine. This was very handy as we were sightseeing along the North east coast.
