  My friend was visiting from Waterford for the night and we stayed in the Orwell Hotel, it was so relaxing and we were very well looked after, eventhough we were only there for one night, it was a very lovely experience.   Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Jacuzzi gebucht und hatten zur großen Überraschung noch eine Sauna auf dem Zimmer. Super!   The reception staff were invariably helpful and polite which in branded hotels may not always be the case, and had good tips on places to visit and directions, the room was very clean, the door held open on arrival with a wedge was a very thoughtful touch, as was leaving the window open so the room was airy on arrival rather than stuffy. Great - Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and the water pressure in the shower was great. The staff was perhaps the best part of the whole experience. We were able to lock our bags up before checking in so we didn't have to drag them around the city. Also, the staff helped us with directions, provided free maps, and recommended places to eat. We felt very welcome! Highly recommended! My favorite part of our stay was our 5 euro bagged lunch, which was a great deal and
