  Was really impressed with this hotel.Room was great,bar was great (welcoming & comfortable),staff first class.Asked them to order a taxi into Dublin & we were told about the bus for 1/10 of the cost,where the bus stops were & our notes changed into coins.All without asking.Breakfast was superb.Place spick & span & tastefully do... was die leute sagen » ne out. Hotel separated from the pub via an electronic key issued to guests,so very secure.Our room was @ the front,but not noisy.We only went to Swor - The accommodations were excellent. The rooms are small but well outfitted so we had everything we needed. The restaurant & bar had a nice selection and the service was good. We had two problems: our room was directly above the area used for smokers from the bar so the smoke was very heavy even with windows closed; the heat was blasting and drunken revelers ran up and down the hallway until 4:30 in the morning and we had no way to access management for assistance.   There is a very relaxed air about this B&B. I didn't feel awkward walking to the dining room in bare feet!! The room was very clean and well provisioned. Our host, Olive, was an absolute delight, making us feel extremely welcome after a late arrival and a bad arrival at Dublin Airport. Breakfast was well prepared and generous. Olive had a very - My family and I stayed 2 nights in the Evergreen House. Olive was a wonderful and very helpful hostess. The room was comfortable and spacious with a lovely décor and was very clean. Breakfast was fantastic! For our 2nd breakfast, Olive made us a wonderful continental meal because we had to leave early for the airport. This B&B is also very conveniently located for a quick drive to the airport, but also close (and walkable) to downtown Malahide and Malahide castle. I highly recommend this B&

  This was our second stay at the San Juan B&B with Cathy McConnell and, again, it was an excellent choice! Cathy remembered us from 4 years ago and welcomed us like family and went out of her way to help us with some shopping we needed to do. Just a very few minutes away and you don't even have to get on a highway and you will have a wonderful breakfast before you go! It is also very e - Cathy was so helpful with all of our details and with information about Kinsealy and environs. As we were flying out early, she prepared breakfast early for us and gave us directions to the airport which was conveniently located 4 km from the B&B. I felt that if I needed anything, it would be provided. Our stay was made personal and warm by Cathy!

  We were two mature couples traveling from the United States. We spent our last two evenings in Ireland at Airport Orchard and it couldn't have been a nicer good-bye. John and Annabella are warm and welcoming and allowed us to drop our bags early so we could begin exploring Dublin right away...made arrangements for a driver to take us into the ci... was die leute sagen » ty and bring us back (Aidan is terrific if you need an honest driver!)..They gave us great directions for our sight seeing and then John gave our driv - John and Annabella's hospitality is second to none. Was not supposed to check in till after 3pm but having had an early flight over I asked if there was any chance of an earlier check in, not only did they allow me to check in early John insisted on picking me up from the airport! John dropped us of at the bus stop to go into town later and offered to pick us up if we called him, where else do you get that?
