  Rooms were spacious clean and very comfortable. Staff were all very polite and friendly. Breakfast was lovely. All in all great value for money - The staff was absolutely fantastic in every area and did their up most to assist us.

  We had a clean, spacious and comfortable room with a great shower. Breakfast is good, hot food, coffee and juice. The location is not too far from town - it takes about 20 minutes to walk or you can jump on the bus that stops out the front and runs up the main street of Cork. This is a good choice considering how expensive some of the places right in town are. We really liked Cork and definitely got - Almost everything! The location is perfect, the owners are decent, lovely, kind and very helpful. Couldn't ask for a better host. The value for our money in the room we got was excellent. The breakfast is everything we wanted plus it's served with a smile from the owners. How can you not have an enjoyable stay in such a place not too mention they got free WiFi. I will recommend the place to our friends anytime. Will go back there if we get a chance.

Would highly recommend this bed and breakfast - Our host Eileen was a real gem - she made sure we had everything we needed and even offered to drop us off in the city (not sure if this is usual or not!). She supplied us with a full buffet breakfast in a beautiful dining room overlooking a garden, a lovely way to start the day. Blackrock is not right in the centre of Cork but the city is easily accessible by car (10 mins drive) or by bus - there is a bus stop right outside the accommodation.

  Everything! The room was very spacious and luxurious for the price. The beds were wonderfully comfortable (again one would expect to pay more!) and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. The Crawford is also in such a great location, a very short walk into the centre of town - The rooms were lovely, big and clean. Cork city was only a ten minute walk away, and it's right by the college.
