Was die Leute sagen
From the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out you feel like you're at home... Irish style... Jimmy, the host, served us coffee and tea when we arrived AND when we left. He was VERY understanding about my wife coming back to take a shower after running the Dingle Marathon, even though it was FAR after the normal checkout time ...Book this place if you want an authentic Irish B&B in a quiet, country, and family friendly location... Oh! And the eggs are fresh from the hens in the b. alle bewertungen »
We were welcomed with open arms. When we first showed up we were offered
a very welcome tea and scones. The breakfast was great. It includes
porridge with Bailey's Irish Cream. Yum! Not only does the owner
make his own scones, but he insisted on giving my wife a lesson on how
to make them before we left. The countryside location is authenticly
Irish. The farmer across the road and his trusty dog moved sheep and
cows from field to field each morning. The room was spotless and
beautiful.
We loved staying here as Jimmy the host is really welcoming. He baked us fresh scones every day and when we got back each evening he would come in with a tea tray with scones, muffins etc. We had the most wonderful breakfasts each day - Jimmy's Baileys Porridge is heaven! Nothing is too much trouble for Jimmy, he really makes you feel at home and we were sad to leave after 6 days there. Thank you Jimmy!.
What a lovely stay. We were only here for one night. I wished we could have stayed for a week. Jimmy was a wonderful host and we are still talking about his gourmet breakfast and scones. We had been travelling all day and were very tired when we arrived. Jimmy made us a cup of tea and scones which was such a perfect start to our short stay. Would thoroughly recommend this BNB to couples or families.
Our experience with Jimmy was amazing. He made us feel like old friends. We extended our stay an extra night and could have sat all day talking to him. It's about 10 minutes outside Dingle surrounded by farms--that means fresh eggs, milk from his brothers down the road, and homemade EVERYTHING! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a great escape from the real world.
This is a gourmet food lovers and walkers delight. Staying with Jimmy is like staying at your best friends house. He is a warm, friendly and knowledgeable host. Jimmy's cooking is delicious and in the area there are several excellent eateries including the amazing Ida's. The location has stunning walks by the sea, in the mountains and through fields.
Very warm welcome, delicious cookies and muffins and great breakfast. The location is close enough to go to Dingle and for any other tours around the peninsula. The room was very clean and had a nice view over the mountains. Perfect place to relax for a few days and enjoy the countryside.
The owner Jimmy went out of his way to make us very welcome. He had afternoon tea on arrival which included homemade cookies, muffins and scones.Overall i would highly recommend this bed and breakfast as we could not find any fault with it.TOP CLASS!!!.
Jimmy is friendly and caring. The room was lovely and clean as was the
entire house. We were greeted with tea, homemade scones and Irish
hospitality. His recommendations for places for dinner and music were
excellent and Dingle town is lovely.
I have been here 4 times and I always leave knowing I will return the
next time I visit Ireland. Jimmy consistently does a great job making
my mother and I comfortable and welcome, I highly recommend this
B&B to all.

The exellent welcome, the evening meal and the breakfast.
This place was VERY difficult to find!! Not to discourage you because it's worth the 10 min drive from Dingle... Just look at the Coill an Rois webpage ahead of time to get the GPS coordinates...
