The pool was beautiful and clean and open 24 hour a day! such a plus with many hotels closing theirs at 9pm.

What thrilled us most at UGRV was the excellent service we received at all times by staff. Everyone was great. I also liked the tranquility of the area - found Ubud centre a little crowded, so the setting of this place just a little on the outskirts was a plus point. The shuttle service provided ensures that even if you dont have your own transport, you can travel into Ubud centre with ease.
