The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and were knowledgeable about the attractions and activities in the area. I also liked the tranquility of the area - found Ubud centre a little crowded, so the setting of this place just a little on the outskirts was a plus point. The shuttle service provided ensures that even if you dont have your own transport, you can travel into Ubud centre with ease.
the signage to the resort was lacking - as we were driving a rental car,better signage would have minimised stress. Unfortunately there was only 1 sign turning off from the main road, and no indication of the distance from that point- we turned round just before reaching, as we thought we must have missed it.
The staff were super friendly, and helped us to arrange transportation and activities. The location and scenery are amazing. The hotel is beautiful.
Throughout our stay three nights the housekeeping did NOT clean the bathrooms. They changed the towels only upon our request. Cleaning needs to be improved !!

We wanted to eat afternoon tea one day at the restaurant but it was being used for something else so it was sent to the villa (which is no big deal) but I was expecting cake or pastries and it was fried banana.

We sent laundry out and were charged a ridiculous over the top amount. Guest need to be told cost prior to sending out as we feel we were ripped off severely.
Ubud green staff is really really friendly in a waybthat it makes you feel like they are family. Its impossible not to love it. The place was perfectly located, designed. I strongly recommend the hotel.
It's not that i didn't like. But sometimes internet signal wasn't so good in my bedroom, but it works very good in general.
Very nice staff, quiet and beautiful coutryside view. Very nice swimming pool where my son, my husband like it very much. And my son saied BIMU4 is our home.

The staff were so friendy as helpful, always ready to greet us with a smile. Te hotel had fantastic facilities and the free massage was a definite bonus!
It was a little way out of town and the shuttles only ran one every 2 hrs.
The staff here were amazing, they couldn't do enough for us. Fantastic views of the paddy field, a 5 minute drive from the very busy centre of Ubud - the resort provides a free shuttle and transport to and from Ubud was never a problem. The resort is beautiful and very peaceful.
nothing, all great for us. Though layout of our villa (2 bed pool, paddy field view) might not suit families with young children.

A quiet boutique resort with very friendly staff.
For a duplex, there should be more than 1 toilet. Also, it is unusual not to have a common swimming pool. This reduces the appeal of the resort, especially if one stays in a duplex without a private pool.

I liked the accomadations. I like the view of the rice fields and the ducks in the morning. Very peacefull and seperate from each other. Loved the free massage and the food was amazing
The staff did not explain how the bath tub worked or the airconditioning or the lights etc.. We had a lot of technical difficulties with where switches were etc. The seperate bedrooms was nice but I had to go outside to get to the main room and the pool was not really a pool..more like a fountain
We loved staying at Ubud Green and would recommend it to all who want a peaceful and restful staying. The staff, especially the manager, was amazing to us. They responded promptly at our claim and upgraded four villa for free.
Excellent place to be with family away from the hustle bustle of the city...very beautiful surroundings, excellent staff and great food which gets cooked personally for you.
Only thing is that it is too far from the airport and the drive gets on to you...also there is nothing close by, you need to travel to the Monkey or Ubud street. Also the villa where we stayed had only one bathroom.

Shhhh ...don't let anyone know how wonderful this place is. Please keep this review a secret and don't tell anyone. This is the kind of place we will remember forever. The staff quickly became our friends, the food was superb and the place was idyllic. But don't let anyone know so there will always be room for us. We will return.

Very personalized service, excellent location. Good service with shuttle bus to go to Ubud centre. They provide you with a mobile phone to get in touch with you. Staff are always smiling and ready to find solutions to your problems. One of the best service I have ever had in hotels.

Well equipped nice villa with all facilities you can think of in quiet environment. Nice staff. View from our villa (Apah) was beautiful as well as the view from the breakfast area. Fresh nice breakfast. Shuttle to Ubud-center takes only 5 minutes and staff does much effort on making the shuttle available to everyone. Every guest receives a mobile phone in order to call the shuttle from wherever you are in Ubud region.

I had an accident during stay and hotel provided us with free transport to local clinic and even to Denpasar hospital. No doubt I'll return to Ubud Green again.
We had a most enjoyable stay at Ubud Green Resort Villas (UGRV). We had booked Apah 1 which is their largest two bedroom villa with pool. It was very comfortable and well appointed. What thrilled us most at UGRV was the excellent service we received at all times by staff. Everyone was great. We very much enjoyed the beautiful landscaping, the lovely views, and the great breakfast!. Although the location is a bit out of town, UGRV always provided for transportation to/from Ubut whenever required which was great! We have very pleasant memories of our stay and will most definitely consider staying at UGRV when next we visit Bali.
While the air conditionners did a good job at keeping the rooms cool, the air flow is directed straight onto the beds and could not be tilted nor swiveled away. Also, while our two bedroom villa and pool was overall very clean, it would be adviseable to spot-clean marks on the walls.

They double booked our room so we couldn't have pool villa on arrival had a disappointing suite deluxe which we hated.

The way the room was cleaned was shocking. We arrived and there was splatters of stains up the walls.Broken toilet seats.Room service food was freezing cold but it was the state of the rooms which was not up to standard. Very Very poor. Disgusting.
Breakfast is excellent. You can choose from a variety of local and international breakfasts; the plus is that it is cooked upon the order.
The room we had was very dark and had an outside seating area facing a wall. The room has a living room which is not connected to the room, you have to exit the room and take outside stairs to access it.
