  Well, it's everything... It brings back our smile since our arrival at this hotel. Initially, we're quite tired queuing for taxi and our luggage at the airport (2 hours). But as soon as we arrive at the hotel, we immediately find some peace in this hotel. Our room was immediately upgraded from superior to deluxe when the hotel staff found there's a prob - Everyday we were surprised with our towels organized in the shape of an animal! The hotel provides a very personalized approach to their guests and does make an effort to respond to your needs as soon as you present them.   The staff wee very helpful - the first afternoon we arrived, there was a problem with the safe. It wouldn't open again once our passports, cash etc, was inside. The staff persisted with trying to find the master key, without success. Eventually having to drill through the keylock and break into the safe. The safe was replaced immediately.   This is my second visit to Ananda in a month of being in Lombok and Bali, and it felt like I was coming home to a place that suited me very well, after having stayed at several much less pleasing places.
