The staff was amazing. The personal butler was something I wasn't sure about initially but they took care of the details for dinner reservations, sightseeing tours and had good recommendations for everything in the area which was great. The hotel has good wireless internet for as many devices you want. The pool area is fantastic and you can eat and drink right at the beach front. You can also have private dinner on little pavilions in the garden area. The rooms are big and spacious with a balcony. You get all the little goodies like tea cooker, toothbrush etc. Location is great for shopping, eating and to go to the beach. Highly recommended!

The Staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly. The villa was cleaned spotless on a daily basis. Having the private pool was fabulous and the location was private and quiet. Great for a couples holiday! It was only a short ride away from the beach and restaurants and nightlife of Seminyak. We LOVED our stay and would definitely come back! -

Our stay at RC villas was excellent. We enjoyed the villa a lot, the swimming pool in the villa was great and our 6 year old daughter did not want to come out of the pool at all. It was extremely comfortable and relaxing. Location is fanatstic - very close to the beach, to shopping district and numerous eating places. Mr. Kedut - the manager at RC villas was very helpful in arranging a car with a driver for us to see around Bali and we had fantastic day from 8am to 8pm seeing major sightseeings

The staff wee very helpful - the first afternoon we arrived, there was a problem with the safe. It wouldn't open again once our passports, cash etc, was inside. The staff persisted with trying to find the master key, without success. Eventually having to drill through the keylock and break into the safe. The safe was replaced immediately.
