  This hotel has the most friendlest staff that I have ever experienced in Bali. They become your friend and even remember your name when you walk past. Jon is a great asset for this hotel. Also the room is to die for, we had the delexe room overlooking the pool and it was well worth the money we paid. The staff all seem happy which reflects the atm... was die leute sagen » osphere and quality.   I loved the big bathrooms and the gorgeous gardens. On checking in, I asked for a fan and soon afterwards a free standing fan was delivered to my room. I really appreciated it.
