Everything single thing from the minute we entered until our departure. Excellent service from every single staff member that we encountered. Taxis arranged speedily. Even packed us a little breakfast as we departed for airport early hours of the morning. Those personal touches mean to lot to travellers. Food excellent. Would not stay anywhere else when coming to Jakarta again.

Very clean, newly-built hotel. The location is handy for the old town ,Batavia, and museums, as well as being an inexpensive taxi ride from the big malls eg Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia. Staff is highly professional, helpful and respectful. Staff like that you usually find in 5-stars. Breakfast is also excellent, great choice and taste. Rooms are spacious, bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was not lockable and shower has a full height window on the room: that could be a plus, depending on whom you share your room with. I'm fully satisfied and I booked it again.

What a great place to stay. A warm and inviting lobby with a cool lobby lounge. The lobby has a great area to relax and has a vintage BMW motorbike in the lobby.
The rooms are good and also have a kitchenette.

We enjoy the room ambience. Room service food was really nice and delicious. Housekeeping was very great and keep our room clean and tidy.Breakfast serve variety for our 3 days stay. Free Shuttle transfer to Mangga Dua area is useful. As we need it every day. Free Internet service at the lobby was very good and I can update my family and friends easily.
just tips :- for airport transfer you may use White Horse Taxi..very convenience and its not expensive

It is always a pleasure to return to Akmani. The hotel is not 5 star nor 1 star but it is nice and comfortable, rooms are nice, it is quiet during the night. You will really have a good sleep. Shower is nice, I like it! Location is excellent, 3 minute walk to McDonalds, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Chillis, etc. Huge shopping mall 5 min with taxi, it will cost you $1 (Grand Indonesia). This is the best location I have stayed at in Jakarta.
