Staff was excellent. Breakfast had wide variety of western and Indonesian food. Facility was very clean.
Very friendly and hospitable staff who were willing to go an extra mile to help us. Also had an excellent spread of buffet breakfast.

More egg stations at breakfast time. A microwave instead of stove in the room would be more useful. Later swimming time would be better. The pools shutting at 9pm is too early, 11pm shutting time more acceptable.

No one showed up and could fix the WIFI connection. WE get no WIFI duirng our stay.The aircondition need to be sure get a proper periodical maintance and should be free of dust. My family are allergic to dust and as a result all of my kids get sick

Breakfast are complete. Everyday we got almost different menu, so its not boring. There is Kids Club, where i can put my children (3 years old & 1 year old) for free when i was in Harris Spa. Balinese Massage was very good !
The room didn't have 2 rooms with Kingsize Bed. Also dont have bathtub, which i need the most for our children. During our stay there were 2 times electricity down. The water after that was very dirty !! Our air conditioner also broken and we wait until 11PM for the reparation .. :(
Mr David the GM of the hotel was the only one has a hotel guest background and tried hardly to make us happy, but he is there just few weeks, take time to sack people and make changes. If you he is not already gone by now! Spa staff are good, specially the manager.
Very disappointed, the full staff are not trained and every one, making there own story and excuses to avoid there problems, and not helping the hotel is too old and very smiley, facilities are very bad, bus's not in time and they do there own trips and taking long trips. I wonder what Harris hotel management doing? should close this hotel as need to be renovated and specially the staff, no responsibility, nothing work in this hotel. I will not recommend this hotel to any one!

Renovated rooms but still not that good, Dirty towels , You have to pay a deposit to use the mini bar or they'll take it out when you check in, very bad value for money you can get a better hotel with the same rate.
