  The setting at Radiant Hotel & Spa was very nice. We were there only one night. Our room was just off the pool so was very relaxing, just what we needed. We choose this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a shuttle as we had a early plane to catch. Very quiet at night. Staff were very accommodating. We arrived late and although the kitchen was closing they were happy to cook for us anyway.

The stafff were lovely, lovely people who were very willing to help with anything we requested. We do not understand people's previous negative comments as we did not find the complaints to be true. Although we felt Kuta itself was too busy and bustling we love the resort because it was so quiet and relaxing yet right in the heart of Kuta and only a short walk to everything. The staff at Kuta Beach Club were awesome and friendly and always went out of their way to help. The pool and sunken pool bar was a big highlight and nearly every afternoon was spent keeping cool in the pool and chatting to other guests.

Just a walk to the party places as well. There is a supermaket opposite to the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean. Airco works good.

  Great staff and real friendly atmosphere around the hotel. The price was good for what you get and they rented me a scooter cheaper than anywhere else I could find.
