  The location was convenient, only some 15 minutes by tuc-tuc to the ghats area, yet distant enough to enable us to relax a bit from the hustle-bustle of the city. The staff was courteous and professional. The room was spacious, comfortable and perfectly clean, which is not common in India, even in top-notch hotels. The bathroom was spacious, clean... was die leute sagen » and well-equipped. One could certainly see some minor defaults regarding the room service, but considering India, and especially Varanasi, there was - Great hotel! Excellent staff! Jagoori the hotel driver was wondeful!!!as a solo woman traveler he really took care of me and was very helpful ! The restaurant is very good. Rooms are big and clean. Felt very safe.
