Reception desk: careful - We arrived at Casa Fortuna after a very long flight from London, we were tired and jet lagged. We got a wonderful welcome from the reception with cold drinks and cold towels to refresh! Our room was functional but spacious, clean and very good cable tv. The buffet breakfast is amazing, we also tried the restaurant in the evening and it was delicious. Most recommended!

  we were travelling in a group and had only one day in Kolkata. We really enjoyed the location of the hotel, the street was very nice and quiet in comparison of other places we stayed at.   Our room was clean and spacious with clean bedsheets. The bathroom was tidy. Unfortunately the windows in the room just offered only a view to the wall of the next building less than 2 metres away. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
