  The location of the hotel is just perfect. The Mall is in walking distance (10-15 minutes) but "around the corner", which means that the surroundings of the hotel are completely quiet. The hotel is on the north-east side of the hill, with a breathtaking view on the high, snow-covered mountains (not on the side of the plain of Dehradun, where the v... was die leute sagen » iew is less spectacular). We had two rooms on the 3rd floor from which we could see the mountains. At dawn the panorama was even more fantastic. The r - Staff of the hotel was really excellent and quick about services. From a doorman to front office were really excellent. Driver, room service , house keeping all are well trained. @ rate of 3 star you can get a feel of 5 star. I would like to name front office team Nidhi and Priyanka these are excellent in work. My compliments to them.

  I have stayed at a few of the older top hotels in Kolkata and found their facilities limited and pretentious and staff continually begging for tips. The Sonnet was wonderfully different, the staff were fantastically helpful, the rooms immaculate and the cost fair. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
