Our waiter at Charcoal, went to check whether there was another Kingfisher beer like the one my sister drank, before it was ordered.   The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was large and comfortable, the position of the hotel (close to the railway station) is great. Also, the food was very good and well prepared and cooked. It does not make you sick (at least worked for me). I have to mention that the reception staff were super nice and helped a lot (general question... was die leute sagen » s, taxis, even booking the train ticket for me). Also Shyvana was a great guy (hope that I don't misspelled his name) - cheers mate!!! Hope to be back - Love the style, the food, both dinner & breakfast, the dining room, the room and bed are very comfy. Love the pool but it is noisy by the road, but it doesn't matter really, maybe put a fountain in to mask the noise. I like the Metropole a lot and will stay again in the future. Thanks, Sarah
