  Absolutely Awesome property to stay with family...very friendly staff...neat n clean rooms...reasonably priced too...just one thing we got a bit dissappointed with cause we were travelling with small children the swimming pool they have is for atleast teenagers ..the minimum depth was 4ft deep.....rather a very nice hotel to stay in...highly recom... was die leute sagen » mended...not to forget we also had the Best Buffet breakfast here.....!!! - My Friend and I were at the 7th Floor with a fantastic view of the City,the Room was very clean, and was cleaned daily, Breakfast was very good with Indian as well as Continental-Food.The Staff at the Reception and at the Dinning-Restaurant were very friendly.We enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. The manager was very pleasant, polite and helpful and he went out of his way to make us feel w - We were three friends travelling together and had booked a room with tree beds. The room was spacious, with a fan and had an ac. The sheets and towels were clean and the room was celaned every day. The staff were nice and helpful and recommended the best guide for a day, showing us the greatest sighst by tuk-tuk. Make shure you ask for Ali, Ali Baba Tours, the friendliest, nicest and funniest compannion for the day. We had e great laugh and the day is absolutely one of our best in India. Breakf

  It was the best hotel I ever stayed in India during my visit. It was totally worth the price. The rooftop was amazing though pigeons were everywhere. The room was well-furnished and very modern.   We travelled through India visiting Delhi, then Rajasthan on Royal Enfield Motorcycles with a support vehicle, Indian Driver and assistant. The hotels booked were a mixed standard between very basic shower and beds to 5 star western luxuries. Highlights of our trip were the Taj Mahal at dawn, Ranakpur Jain temples, Pushkar Camel fair, Udaipur Lake... was die leute sagen » and palaces, Diwali fireworks in Delhi and Jaipur. Our second week was spent visiting Sikkim and West Bengal and Calcutta, including mountain monast - The staff (owners) were very accommodating (helped me get a gluten free birthday cake in the middle of Jaipur!). We were made to feel instantly at home (before even getting our room keys). I'd love to go back when the hotel has been fully completed. Reason enough to go back to Jaipur!

  This hotel was of very good quality, highly attractive with its' haveli type appearance and architecture, in a reasonably quiet location of the city, beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, with very high level of service, good food and a lovely roof top restaurant, and a dining/breakfast room on the same level. Hot water which seems to be problem with many hotels was not her - The Umaid Bhawan is a beautiful hotel with amazing decor and was a joy to stay at. the bedroom was gorgeously decorated and the staff were polite and efficient. The rooftop restauraunt provided lovely food in a relaxing surroundings and our stay was perfect in every way. We had a package which included a driver for the day and he was verey useful in describing the location and providing transport to some of the more remote sights. I would highly recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Jaipur.

  As Jaipur is quite spread out, Tara Niwas was centrally located, just a short Tuk Tuk drive to all the sight seeing places. The rooms were very nice, and the whole place is super clean. In room safe, heater, ac and fan. Bathrooms had plenty of hot water and a bath as well as shower. Good quality soap and shampoo. Being a bit out of town also meant rooms were quiet. For the price paid its really excellent value for money. Nice restaurant.
